Yes once you make your deposit you will gain access to your payment portal and make payment on the following schedule:

After payment 1 is made members can pay as little as $10 towards their payments (as long as they hit the milestone date). You can also pay in full at anytime.

Ofcourse! If you don’t have a roommate you will be added to our roommate pool. All pairings are made with your safety and comfort in mind (ie same sex pairings only).

CTG is the airport code with the shortest distance to where we will be staying.

If flight prices are high from your departure airport do not panic. The costs for flights typically drop 120 - 90 days from trip departure. We will provide a group block and guidance on when to purchase flights.

In a worst case scenario, if you’re unable to secure flights within budget you can leverage your insurance for a refund.

Flights to Cartagena (CTG) can range from $250 (MIA) to $750 (CLT). As a rule of thumb use google flights and hopper to track flight prices and average rates from your departure city.

Flights under $750 and under are considered “good enough” and should be purchased and held. You can always receive flight credits if the prices drop.

Yes - we will be providing seats on Delta and/or American airlines for our top cities.

Deposits for a seat is $150 and final payment is due 100 days from departure.

Group flight details will be released October 15, 2023.

Yes, you can extend your stay. Simply send an e-mail to info@viewsweekend.com to share your travel needs/requests.

All members get a discounted rate for extended stays and private transfers back to the airport.

Each member will receive a token to apply towards the included excursions.

Additional excursions / add-ons can be applied 3 months prior to your departure.

All-Inclusive package(s) will be hosted at Dreams Karibana. This is the best all-inclusive resort in Cartagena. We have completed 2 site visits (10 days total) to ensure that it would meet the standards of our members.

The Walled-City accommodations have been vetted by our team to ensure they exceed expectations in regards to comfort and accessibility to the beautiful city of Cartagena . The location will be hidden to the general public and will remain exclusive to our members who complete payment towards their payment plan.

Our current room blocks are for double + triple occupancy rooms but will accommodate single travelers if opting out of the roommate pool. Single rate plans start at +$125 per night for standard rooms.

Yes - For some locations such as Bocagrande, Colombia the rates are cheaper.

For some of our other packages there are no significant cost savings for triple or quad occupancy rooms.

You're VIP, simply share your flight details and we will arrange your transport.

This does not apply to customers who purchase Summer Homecoming Events Pass.

Your package includes travel insurance and trip protection to ensure your trip investment is protected (receive 100% refund).

How it works:

100% Payout:

You cancel for a covered reason injury, job loss, illness etc… (200+ instances)

You cancel for ANY reason 91+ days prior to trip departure and your trip is paid in full

75% Payout:

You cancel for a reason that is not covered and have not paid for your trip in full.

You cancel for a reason that is not covered, paid in full, but canceled within 90 days of departure

Your deposit covers the cost of your trip protection plan and is non-refundable.

If your roommate cancels you will be placed in the roommate pool (based on availability) or you can upgrade to single occupancy.

Our world class coverage allows you to cancel for any reason for a 100% refund. In addition to this if you were to become ill during your stay with us you would be covered under the insurance plan.
