    Our itineraries are finalized approximately 90 days prior to departure, and are subject to change based on availability.

  • After making your deposit you will gain access to your payment portal and make payment on the following schedule:

    Registration $250 (This fee is refunded if you opt out of insurance)

    Payment 1 (25%): 5/15/2024

    Payment 2 (25%): 6/15/2024

    Payment 4 (25%): 8/15/2024

    After payment 1 is made members can pay as little as $10 towards their payments (as long as they hit the milestone date). You can also pay in full at anytime.

  • Yes - Insurance is included in your package and guarantee a 100% refund if you cancel for any reason!

    100% Payout is limited to members who cancel for a covered reason (sickness, injury, job loss, etc..)

    100% Payout is limited to members who COMPLETE their payment plan and cancel prior to 90 days of departure.

    75% Payout is limited to members who DO NOT COMPLETE their payment plan or cancel within 90 days of departure

  • Yes! To figure out the cost take your current rate and divide it by the number of nights within your original payment plan :).

    Example:
    Base room = $1,000 for 4 nights.
    An additional night would cost $250

  • You can indicate your roommate when you complete your Member details

  • You will be placed in the roommate pool

  • Our current room blocks are for double + triple occupancy rooms but will accommodate single travelers if opting out of the roommate pool. Single rate plans start at +$125 per night for standard rooms.

  • Yes - For some locations such as Bocagrande, Colombia the rates are cheaper.

    For some of our other packages there are no significant cost savings for triple or quad occupancy rooms.

  • Your package includes travel insurance and trip protection to ensure your trip investment is protected (receive 100% refund)

    How it works:

    100% Payout:

    You cancel for a covered reason injury, job loss, illness etc… (200+ instances)

    You cancel for ANY reason 91+ days prior to trip departure and your trip is paid in full

    75% Payout:

    You cancel for a reason that is not covered and have not paid for your trip in full.

    You cancel for a reason that is not covered, paid in full, but canceled within 90 days of departure

    Your deposit covers the cost of your trip protection plan and is non-refundable.

    If your roommate cancels you will be placed in the roommate pool (based on availability) or you can upgrade to single occupancy.

  • Our world class coverage allows you to cancel for any reason for a 100% refund. In addition to this if you were to become ill during your stay with us you would be covered under the insurance plan.
