After payment 1 is made members can pay as little as $10 towards their payments (as long as they hit the milestone date). You can also pay in full at anytime.

Of course! If you don’t have a roommate you will be added to our roommate pool. All pairings are made with your safety and comfort in mind (ie same sex pairings only with two seperate beds)

CTG is the airport code with the shortest distance to where we will be staying. This is the only airport that we will provide transfers from.

If flight prices are high from your departure airport do not panic. The costs for flights typically drop 120 - 90 days from trip departure. We will provide a group block and guidance on when to purchase flights.

In a worst case scenario, if you’re unable to secure flights within budget you can leverage your insurance for a refund.

Flights to Cartagena (CTG) can range from $250 (MIA) to $750 (CLT). As a rule of thumb use google flights and hopper to track flight prices and average rates from your departure city.

Flights under $750 and under are considered “good enough” and should be purchased and held. You can always receive flight credits if the prices drop.

Yes - we will be providing seats on Delta and/or American airlines for our top cities.

Deposits for a seat is $150 and final payment is due 100 days from departure.

There must be at least 25 travelers from the departure city.

Yes, we are encouraging extended stays so that you can ease in and out of our travel experience with us and will be incentivizing members. with discounted rates starting at $225 per room (including breakfast and private transfer)

You can indicate your roommate when you complete your Member details.

You will be placed in the roommate pool based on availability. Final confirmation of roommate will be provided 90 days prior to trip departure or when both parties complete their payment plan (whichever comes first).

If we are unable to pair you with a roommate you will have the opportunity to upgrade to single occupancy or leverage insurance for a full refund.

Our current room blocks are for double + triple occupancy rooms but will accommodate single travelers if opting out of the roommate pool. Single rate plans start at +$125 per night for standard rooms.

You cancel for a covered reason injury, job loss, illness etc… (200+ instances)

You cancel for ANY reason 91+ days prior to trip departure and your trip is paid in full

75% Payout:

You cancel for a reason that is not covered and have not paid for your trip in full.

You cancel for a reason that is not covered, paid in full, but canceled within 90 days of departure

Your deposit covers the cost of your trip protection plan and is non-refundable.

If your roommate cancels you will be placed in the roommate pool (based on availability) or you can upgrade to single occupancy.
